How much time does this require from our team?
We recommend 2–3 hours per week, spread out in small chunks throughout the week — not one exhausting build day. You're already burned out. This is designed to add momentum, not more weight. Bite-sized, consistent progress beats a single overwhelming session every time.
We only have one or two staff members. Can we still do this?
Yes — the Sprint is designed for lean offices. We do the majority of the build work. Your team's input is focused and structured: positioning sessions, review checkpoints, and a final training. Small offices are often faster to move than large ones because there's less internal coordination required.
Do we need to already have a CRM or outreach system?
No. We set everything up from scratch, including the GoHighLevel configuration, partner sequences, and pipeline structure. If your office already has tools in place, we work with what you have and fill the gaps.
How do you handle multiple technologies with different target industries?
The positioning process is designed to handle this — we work through a cohort of technologies as a group, identify patterns in the target buyer landscape, and build a system that can manage multiple parallel positioning tracks. The fleet model from the guide is the framework we use.
